This is a fantastic opportunity to get ahead of the season, build confidence, and develop your game in a fun, supportive environment. ✅ Sessions will include: Fitness & conditioning (age-appropriate) Core rugby skills development (passing, evasion, decision-making) Fun, engaging games and competition-based learning Non-contact / controlled contact in line with RFU age-grade regulations Our focus is on enjoyment, development, and building strong rugby foundations ahead of preseason.
Camp notes
